I'll admit I haven't always been interested in exercise. I have however always been interested in good food which meant I got to a point where I had to make a change. This put me on a health and fitness journey which has completely changed my life. I've lost weight, increased my fitness and never felt better. I now enjoy circuits classes, weight training and anything else I can fit in that sounds active and fun. Its genuinely not about me though, I want to find out your ambitions and motivations to create a plan that works for you and that you enjoy."
I first contacted Amy to book one-to-one personal training sessions to try to work towards exercising/running more consistently. Amy started by analysing my diet and fluid intake and gave me honest and very practical advice to improve these areas. I really enjoyed the one-to-one sessions in terms of the challenges that Amy set for me, and also because of the encouragement that Amy constantly gave, which really improved my self-confidence. I achieved the goal that I set myself (run a half marathon by end of 2016 in approx. 2hrs) which Amy asked me to outline at the outset. I am now training to run the London Marathon in April and am running consistently from week to week, feeling the full benefit of regular training. I now also attend Amy's circuit classes in Henlow which are varied and challenging, along with lots of other friendly people of all fitness levels. Amy is very supportive and provides masses of encouragement; she has a refreshing and 100% positive, can-do attitude - it's totally inspiring!!!
