However if you are looking for the Hotel chain, keep reading you might be inspired. I am Amy Winks and I run Ethos Personal Training.I have a passion for health and fitness. I am enthusiastic about supporting people to achieve their goals. My style of training is individualised and effective.
Although I have always enjoyed exercise, and trained in various styles, my previous work experience is in mental health and the care sector. I have always been interested in the relationship between physical fitness, health, nutrition and well-being. I strongly believe that these are intrinsically linked. You can spend hours in the gym but if your recovery and nutrition are not sufficient then you are unlikely to get the desired results. If your lifestyle is very stressful then you will not be able to achieve optimal health. I appreciate that finding the balance in a demanding routine can be very hard. I have three young children and I maintain a high standard of fitness. Leading a healthy life is a constant balance and there are many techniques that I can pass on to help you achieve this.
At this point I could tell you about my love of endurance and HIIT training, and I could expand on how fast I can run a mile, but I don’t think that is important. What you need to know is that I am good at developing a training program for you, and will listen to what you like, not imposing my ideas of fun on to you! You may be sitting there thinking that you don’t like HIIT training or you haven’t a clue what it is. What I enjoy, might not be what you need. My job is to help you find what works for you and how we can get you to reach your potential.

Level 2 Gym Instructor - Level 2 Circuit Class Instructor - Level 2 Kettle Bell Instructor - Level 3 Personal Training including Nutrition
Level 3 Pre and Postnatal - Certificate in Appointed Person Emergency First Aid - Registered and insured with REP’s
