"I have been to about 15 circuits classes now, and can honestly say that the variety is amazing and it's makes a huge difference. We have never done the same routine twice, you work as hard or as little as you like but to be fair, the momentum of the group and the encouragement of Amy, means you always put 100% in! I am stronger, fitter and look forward to my weekly class, especially not knowing what is in store! Amy is very professional and listens to your individual needs, adjusting routines accordingly! If you are thinking of joining, come along! I am 45 and was quite sedentary. If I can do it, anyone can."

"Ethos personal training and classes are fun and functional. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. The sessions are well thought out with a good mix of strength and conditioning. Great for beginners or those who may have not done anything for a while to the regular exerciser. If you want a training session that is in no way intimidating and with an instructor that actually cares about the individual this is the place to go!"
